Bio

Jason Cohn is a true California native, born and raised in Orange County. After high school, Jason attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he studied business administration at the Marshall School of Business. While at USC, Jason attended the prestigious Entrepreneur Program and was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, where he befriended Cohn & Swartzon's co-founder, Saar Swartzon. After graduating college in 1994, and following his attorney father's footsteps, Jason attended Whittier Law School.

While at Whittier Law School, Jason was invited to join, and became a member of, the Whittier Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board. He also provided private tutoring and was regularly included on the Dean's List. Jason graduated from Whittier Law School in 1997, cum laude, and returned to Orange County to practice law. Jason began his legal career practicing business litigation and personal injury defense for a well-respected law firm in Newport Beach.

In 2003, after his father passed away and tired of the insurance companies stance against those injured in personal injury claims, Jason opened his own law practice. Thereafter, in 2008, Jason with his long-time friend and colleague Saar, founded Cohn & Swartzon, P.C. Since 2003, Jason has represented and assisted hundreds of victims in personal injury matters, ranging from minor to catastrophic. Jason's goals are to not only obtain the best possible result for clients, but to work with them one-on-one. By doing so, Jason provides the highest level of client service which he would expect to receive as a client.
