Bio

Benjamin L. Hall, III, is a Harvard Law School trained trial attorney with over 100 jury verdicts totalling over $300,000,000. He is dual-board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial and Personal Injury law—an accomplishment achieved by less than 1% of Texas attorneys. A member of ABOTA and a life-time member of the NAACP, Ben’s firm motto reflects his commitment to the law: “The Firm Where Right Wins Over Might.” And, his trial victories speak volumes about his ability to live up to that motto. Verdicts he has obtained for clients have been recognized as some of the largest in Texas in certain areas of law during the reported years.
