Bio

Martin Saenz was born in Lima, Peru in 1974.  He went to law school there at an early age and later emigrated to the United States.  In 1998, Martin graduated with Honors in Political Science from Utica College, New York (Magna Cum Laude and the Outstanding Senior in Political Science Award).  Later, he attended Syracuse University College of Law and after graduation he moved to Miami, Florida where he has been practicing law since 2003.

Martin focuses his practice in employment litigation.  He has represented several hundred clients in employment, wage and hour class/collective actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation matters.  Martin has extensive trial experience and has obtained large settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients, including a 21.5 million dollar verdict in a case of employment discrimination against Hilton.

Martin is fluent in Spanish.  His bar admissions include the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States Southern District of Florida, and the United States Middle District of Florida.
