J. Noland “Jay” Franz is an attorney with Buchalter, a professional law corporation, in the firm’s Corporate, Tax and Estate Planning Practice Groups in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona, Colorado and Missouri. Jay is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as an Estate & Trust Specialist, including trust and estate planning, litigation and appeals.
