Ed has over 25 years litigating Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Mass Tort and Wrongful Death cases. He has a proven track record of significant seven figure verdicts and settlements in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. He also serves along with local counsel in cases in states throughout the United States.

Ed has been regularly featured in the NY Jury Verdict Hall of Fame for his recoveries on behalf those injured or lost due to the negligence of others. Accordingly he is annually ranked as a Top 100 or even a Top 10 Trial Lawyer by numerous professional societies and associations including Super Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers Association. His track record of success has earned him membership on the Legal Referral Service Panel of New York City Bar Association where he also serves as a member of their Medical Malpractice Committee.

Ranked AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, the highest distinction bestowed for legal ability and ethical standards, Ed has been nominated and served as Board of Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for the past several years.
