Stephen D. Apolinsky, founder of Apolinsky & Associates, LLC, handles serious injury and wrongful death personal injury cases. Today, the focus of the practice is apartment or office negligent security matters as well as wrecks involving trucks. His firm practices throughout the states of Georgia and Alabama. Steve enjoys high stakes litigation cases because of his belief that every individual and their families are entitled to quality legal representation, irrespective of their background.

Over his legal career spanning 35-plus years, Mr. Apolinsky has tried more than 80 cases to verdict. He has recovered more than $85 million in compensation for his clients including two 8 figure settlements and over 10 verdicts or settlements for over $1 million dollars.

A recipient of several awards and honors, Steve is listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, Lawyers of Distinction and has been named a Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. Reflecting his professional and ethical standards, he is rated AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell and “Superb” on Avvo.

He actively contributed to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution series– Ask the Experts and has lectured at Emory Law School as well as Oglethorpe University. Steve has also served on the Board of Directors for the DeKalb County Bar Association, Leadership DeKalb and Inter Atlanta FC soccer club.

Steve's proudest achievements are being married for over 30 years and being the father of two young adults.
