Bio

Representing clients in complex personal injury cases, Eric is an active litigator in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York courts, and enjoys extensive experience as a courtroom litigator. Over 30 years of practice, he has earned many multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts litigating product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents, and other complex claims. He has successfully sued many large corporations, including Black & Decker and General Motors, as well as major hospitals and health systems.

He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. While at Villanova, he was the winning finalist and Best Oralist in a prestigious Moot Court Competition.

Eric is the author of two published law review articles. He also co-authored, “For the Plaintiff: Determining and Proving Damages; For the Defense: Limiting Damages in Pennsylvania,” a manual published by the National Business Institute, Inc.

Eric has lectured on legal ethics and prepared written materials for continuing legal education seminars. Eric is magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an honors degree in Psychology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, as well as all Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

When not supporting the effort of his clients, he gives back to his community. Eric is the immediate past president of the Germantown Cricket Club, elected by members to the post in 2018 and re-elected in 2020. He previously served for 10 years as an elected member of the Radnor Township School Board, serving two years as Board President.
