Bio

Rob was raised the son of prominent trial lawyer, Bob Bohn, in San Jose. Since "growing up" in the law, Rob has been practicing as a lawyer for over 30 years representing individuals and families impacted by major injuries and the deaths of loved ones. For his work, results and dedication, Rob has received numerous awards and recognition from his colleagues and judges alike. Rob has instructed other lawyers as part of the Trial Lawyers College and served as President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association and as Governor for Consumer Attorneys of California, California's state trial lawyers organization. Rob graduated Santa Clara University with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Cum Laude, and Santa Clara University Law School. He is licensed to practice in California, Colorado, and before the U.S. ND CA, 9th Circuit, US Supreme and Federal Claims courts. He holds the record for the highest wrongful death recovery in one northern California county.

Outside the law, Rob has for years coached youth and high school boys in multiple sports, predominantly lacrosse, and has run recreational and competitive travel lacrosse programs. He enjoys the similarities in his hobby and his practice in working with people, working in a competitive environment, forming and executing strategy and, of course, winning.
