Bio

Ashley is an experienced trial attorney who is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in complex medical negligence actions. Ashley believes in a client center-centered approach and has built a reputation for advocacy and deep compassion for those harmed by medical malpractice. Ashley has successfully achieved six, seven and eight figure verdicts for her clients throughout South Carolina. She also has presented oral arguments in both State and Federal appellate courts.

Ashley currently is the President of the South Carolina Association for Justice. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an organization of trial attorneys dedicated to protecting the civil justice system. Ashley is a 2025 South Carolina Lawyers Weekly Influential Women of Law Honoree and was a 2023 South Carolina Lawyers Weekly Leadership in the Law Honoree.

Ashley was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She attended college at Elon University in Burlington, NC, where she graduated in the top 8 of her class. She received the Elon University Top 10 Under 10 Alumni award in 2013. Ashley attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she met her husband, Drew. While at the University of South Carolina, Ashley was Senior Articles Editor of the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Journal, a member of the Moot Court bar, and Order of the Wig and Robe.

Ashley is the mom to three kids, and with her family cares for their dog Hercules and Ruby the rabbit.
