Bio

Ashley dedicated herself to working with and helping children before discovering her true calling in the courtroom.

At Cumberland School of Law, she became a standout competitor on the National Trial Team, honing the skills that now define her success.

As one of the first female attorneys at Hare Wynn, Ashley quickly earned a reputation for securing major settlements for her clients. These early wins cemented her role as a trial attorney who thrives under pressure.

Most of Ashley’s practice has focused on medical malpractice cases, where she represents individuals and families affected by life-altering negligence. Her approach is both strategic and compassionate—understanding that behind every case is a person whose life has been changed forever.

Ashley has tried countless jury trials and has conducted jury selection in every case she has tried.

Ashley frequently shares her trial advocacy knowledge through speaking engagements and as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law, where she helps prepare the next generation of trial lawyers.

Ashley is member of the America Board of Trial Advocates which requires members to have significant courtroom experience and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism.

Ashley’s story of resilience and advocacy was recently featured by the Beautiful Humans Project in their short film, “Loving Me Unconditionally,” which explores strength, survival, and the power of empathy.
