Brian Chase is a managing partner and senior trial attorney that heads up the litigation department of the firm. He was the lead attorney on four important, precedent-setting appellate opinions: Martinez-Mazon v. Ford Motor Company (dealing with forum non-conveniens); Romine v. Johnson Controls (dealing with using the consumer expectations test exclusively to prove an auto defect); Schreiber v.
