Bio

Brian Arnold was recently featured on Big Talk 860 AM Radio answering Family Law Questions and is an Editor on the Utah Journal of Family Law where he works closely with judges and other attorneys in developing meaningful articles for Utah Attorneys that practice family law. Brian has also recently been chosen to be an Editor on the Utah Journal of Criminal Law. Brian is a native of Utah. He attended Weber State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English. His favorite author is Tolstoy. Brian then attended Gonzaga University Law School in Spokane, Washington. While there Brian worked in the Legal Clinic in the Environmental Law section.Brian was also a member of the Moot Court for two years while attending law school at Gonzaga University. During law school Brian also worked for Maxey Law Offices and assisted on numerous Criminal and Family Law cases.

Brian has defended criminal cases that involve serious crimes including 1st Degree Felonies. Brian also practices in the areas of Divorce, General Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense. Brian is a proud member of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (UACDL), and he is currently serving on the UACDL Board of Directors as the Northern Utah representative. Brian enjoys spending time with his four boys and wife in his free time, and enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.
