Bio

For almost 30 years, I have represented clients in numerous areas of civil litigation. My practice has primarily involved representing Plaintiffs, although I have also represented defendants in medical malpractice, elder abuse, breach of contract and civil rights litigation. In addition to my regular practice, for the past few years, I have served as Regional Counsel for a large national corporation.

I have been trial counsel in over 50 trials and arbitrations. I handle all aspects of every case on behalf of my clients from initial contact through all phases of litigation including trial, and, if necessary, appeal. For the past decade, I have annually been named a Southern California Super Lawyer.

My areas of practice include: Personal Injury (with an emphasis on traumatic brain injuries), Product Liability, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Breach of Contract.
