Mr. Roodman is a highly experienced and seasoned advocate who regularly handles a wide variety of complex intellectual property, commercial litigation, and transaction matters. With over 25 years of experience, he has led litigation and trial teams across a broad range of technologies in both federal and state courts, before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board, supervised international litigation, as well as counseled clients and managed transactions throughout the United States, on behalf of some of the largest public and private companies throughout the world. He frequently counsels senior management on a variety of matters and is greatly valued for his keen ability to understand a client's business concerns, objectives, and provide creative solutions and insights.
