Bio

Edith A. Pearce is an exceptionally smart (member of MENSA) and gifted female personal injury lawyer. Edith Pearce spent 10 years working for a defense firm and as a lawyer for an insurance company before concentrating her practice on seriously injured victims and victims of sexual harassment by starting The Pearce Law Firm, P.C. in 2002. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington D.C. Although the firm has grown over the last 20+ years, Ms. Pearce prides herself in her personal involvement in client’s cases and enjoys both the personal contact with clients and the regular practice of law in multiple venues and jurisdictions.

Having grown up in the Philadelphia suburbs and graduating from Villanova University (with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and minors in Honor’s English and Psychology), and from Temple Law School, Edith is a true “Philadelphia lawyer.” Edith Pearce has been practicing law for 30 years and is a well-known, personal injury attorney and legal expert who has appeared on various television programs,
including ABC, CN8, NBC10 News, and Fox 29 News. She has been a frequently invited guest on Who’s Who In PhillyLabor Radio Show on WWDB 860 AM Talk Radio. Through the present, Edith has been consistently listed by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Super Lawyer” beginning in 2005 at the young age of 37.
