F. DULIN KELLY was born January 16, 1946, in Gallatin, Tennessee, Sumner County. He completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University and Cumberland College of Tennessee and then received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee in 1970. From 1972 to 1977, Mr. Kelly served as the Assistant District Attorney for Sumner County, Tennessee. F. Dulin Kelly has tried more than 100 jury trials including many medical negligence cases. Mr. Kelly was admitted to the bar in 1971 and is currently admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Fifth and Sixth Circuit United States Courts of Appeal. He served as editor of the Tennessee Trial Lawyer’s Magazine in 1994 and 1995 and has authored a number of articles published in Trial and in Voir Dire. Mr. Kelly was recently listed among the top 100 lawyers in the Nashville area by SuperLawyers. The publications can be seen here and here.
