Jason Lattimore has been handling complex intellectual property and commercial litigation matters for close to twenty-five years. He has a long track record of effectively representing and counseling clients in the areas of trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and advertising law. He also has extensive experience helping clients navigate legal matters related to the Amazon marketplace and other e-commerce platforms, including the development of effective brand protection strategies.

Additionally, Mr. Lattimore has litigated numerous commercial litigation matters involving a broad range of issues and industries. His cases have included claims such as breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference with contract, violation of the False Claims Act, and claims under consumer fraud and civil RICO statutes. His commercial litigation experience spans various subject-matter areas, including software development agreements, pharmaceutical distribution agreements, and intellectual property license agreements.

Mr. Lattimore has significant stand-up courtroom experience, having represented clients in the trial or arbitration of several complex, high-stakes cases, as well as countless court hearings.
