Mr. Krompier received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (1980) where he was Associate Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He clerked for The Honorable Bertram Polow, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division (1980-1981), and served as an intern for The Honorable Lawrence Whipple, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1979). In 1977, Mr. Krompier received a B.A. degree Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, and with college honors from Rutgers University, where he was designated a Rutgers Scholar and a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.
