Joel Handler is a practicing attorney and Principal of the Law Offices of Joel F. Handler, a leading legal services provider based in Chicago, Illinois. In preparation of his career, Joel attended the University of Illinois, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA), with highest honors, and DePaul University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (JD), summa cum laude. While at DePaul University, Joel served as a member of the DePaul Law Review. Having been in practice for over forty-one years, Joel has established himself as a fierce legal advocate who will protect his clients' rights as if they were his own. Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, Joel focuses his practice on the areas of administrative law, general business, commercial law, personal injury, matrimonial law, chancery, employment law, including state and federal discrimination actions, title 7 discrimination law suits, legal malpractice actions, and retaliatory discharge. Throughout his illustrious career, Joel has received many awards and has been named in various publications in recognition of his legal excellence.
