Bio

John L. “Jack” Weston has successfully defended both corporate and private clients at trial in federal and state courts throughout the State of Michigan, as well as in Arizona, Florida, California, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Missouri.

In addition to defending his clients in the courtroom, Mr. Weston is avidly committed to staying on top of the latest rulings and legislation in his areas of expertise, and to sharing this information with his clients and colleagues. He has conducted seminars for both corporate and insurance clients on Premises Liability in Michigan and Ohio; on Products Liability in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and California; on Construction Law in Michigan and Indiana; and on Automobile Negligence in Michigan and Toronto, Canada. He also regularly authors articles for several of the Firm’s publications, and has been published in periodicals for the Defense Research Institute (DRI) as well as in The Administrative Law Review of The American University.
