Jonathan (Jon) Groth is an attorney in Wisconsin practicing civil litigation. He has tried cases before juries and judges in Wisconsin’s Federal and State Courts. He has also handled cases on appeal, arguing twice before Wisconsin’s Supreme Court.

In a nutshell, a litigation attorney (litigator) is a lawyer that goes to Court and talks to a Judge or jury on your behalf. A litigator is not the lawyer that you hire to draft a will or set up a corporation. Jon Groth practices strictly civil litigation, specifically personal injury law (e.g. car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, product liability, dog bites and nursing home nelgect).
