Bio

Lawrence M. Kahn’s focus is on serious injury, wrongful death medical malpractice and elder negligence and abuse. He is a proud trial attorney strongly committed to protecting clients and the community-at-large against those who choose mayhem over safety. The more trials he handles, the easier it is for clients to settle cases and get institutional change in the bargain. While Larry and his team prepare every case for trial from the moment it comes in the door, he only takes your case to trial when there is no choice because the insurance company (behind every defendant in every trial) is looking to prevent full and fair justice.

Larry has sought justice for good people with terrible losses against institutional defendants from the beginning of his distinguished 34-year career. He has numerous million-dollar and multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts handling quite a few high profile cases where, in addition to top dollars, change was accomplished recognizing the loss to the victim and making the world a little safer.

Mr. Kahn is licensed before state and federal courts in Washington and California including the United States District Courts of the Southern District, Central District and Northern District of California as well as the Western District Court of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
