Bio

As an attorney at Ged Lawyers, Mark T. Packo specializes in representing clients who sustained personal injuries or suffered the loss of a loved one as a result of the negligent acts of others or the result of the manufacture of dangerous and defective products. As a litigator for the past seventeen (17) years he has achieved excellent results for his clients by meticulously preparing every claim for trial.

Mr. Packo is a member of the Florida Bar since 1995 and is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition, he has been a member of both the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Associations and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Packo began his educational endeavors as a Chemical Engineer graduating Georgia Tech in 1982 and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1985. After working in the business world for nearly a decade, he elected a career change and entered St. Thomas University where he achieved his Juris Doctorate with High Honors in 1994. As a former Chemical Engineer, Mr. Packo brings a unique problem solving approach to the practice of Law.

A Broward County native, Mr. Packo has volunteered his services as an Attorney Ad Litem in Miami-Dade County advising the Family Court of the best interests of the children he was appointed to represent.
