Bio

Mr. Hilbert is admitted in Colorado, Wisconsin and Arizona and before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and multiple U.S. District Courts. In his 33 years of first-chair trial and appellate experience, Mr. Hilbert has tried cases in 23 states, was a partner in international and super-regional law firms, argued a myriad of favorable published opinions, and represented clients both nationally and internationally. Beyond litigation, Mr. Hilbert advises clients on transactional issues and has arbitrated or been an arbitrator in an array of forums such as FINRA, AAA, CBOE and the National Futures Association. Mr. Hilbert has lectured extensively on litigation-related topics and subject areas to diverse audiences including universities and law schools, domestically and abroad, and has held positions on over 42 local and national boards. Mr. Hilbert received his J.D. from the University of Colorado and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
