Bio

Raised on the farm in Texas, Perry Hicks graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in agriculture in 1975. After working for the Farmers Home Administration and the Peace Corps, Perry graduated from the University Of Texas School Of Law in 1982. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1983.

Perry is also a proud graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College®. The Trial Lawyers College was founded to train a new breed of lawyer, who fights with passion and justice. The Trial Lawyers College is also dedicated to training lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and obtaining justice for those less fortunate.

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense andDUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder. His countless DUI victories have helped clients retain their freedom (and their drivers licenses), while also helping them avoid the career crippling effects of a DUI conviction. He has recovered millions on behalf of his client's in personal injury settlements.
