Rob is the managing partner of our Florida offices and is an equity shareholder. Over his 20+ years of practice, he has handled a significant number of first party matters for both domestic and London based carriers. This includes both coverage, bad faith, responding to and handling civil remedy notices. Rob has tried several first party cases to verdict with positive results.

He focuses his practice on complex tort litigation including premises liability, products liability, auto, medical malpractice, first party property and coverage, SIU, bad faith defense, bodily injury defense, automobile liability, construction defect, employment law, commercial litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, aviation, real estate and title defense and negligent security matters. He has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, architects, healthcare, and other licensed professionals.

Rob manages, develops litigation strategies, and execute same on numerous Florida windshield glass and assignment of benefit claims. He has extensive experience and knowledge handling appraisal in both first party property and glass litigation. He conducts careful analysis of policy provisions and endorsements, which aid in crafting the best possible defense strategy for Florida windshield glass and assignment of benefit litigation. Further, Rob has vast investigation and aggressive litigation strategy for any Florida windshield fraud related claim and litigation.

He represents national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients, as well as manufacturers, in a variety of diverse matters. Rob represents clients nationwide and has significant experience handling matters in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate level. Rob works with several MGA’s, Underwriters and Lloyd’s syndicates on matters including insurance defense, construction defect and premises liability. Rob has handled logistics providers in bodily injury and cargo loss litigation, including large clients such as Macy’s, JC Penney’s, CEC Entertainment, Saks 5th Avenue, and Uber. Rob has provided full-service solutions for issues that affect consignees confronted with the many challenges of delivering, transporting, storing, and receiving freight and commercial goods. Rob has helped business entities to obtain tax and insurance benefits, liability protection, transportation operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance.
