Bio

Thomas J. Brandi has tried cases to verdict in 17 California counties for families suffering injury or wrongful death in aviation, dangerous roads, defective drugs, unsafe products, and consumer class actions, obtaining 19 verdicts from $1 million to $1 billion and settled over 200 cases over $1 million. Best Lawyers named him Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year (2013) for Northern California. CAOC named Tom California Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2004 and he is a six time finalist for the SFTLA Trial Lawyer of the year. He has been in the Superlawyers Top 100 each year since 2004 and in the Top TEN in 2013, 2014, and 2017. In 2016 Tom was inducted by the State Bar of California Litigation section into the Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame. He teaches Trial Practice at USF Law School where he was voted professor of the year in 2010. Tom is past president of the Consumer Attorneys of California, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, American College of Trial Lawyers, and ABOTA.
