Will McKibbon has been practicing law in Greenville and throughout South Carolina since 2000. A graduate of Davidson College, University of South Carolina, and Georgetown University, Will’s diverse background has created a diverse practice of expertise. Having worked for a large regional law firm, as general counsel/svp for two private companies, and as a sole practitioner, McKibbon has built a practice as a trial attorney in the areas of, civil/real estate litigation, LLR/professional licensing defense, family law, and criminal defense. He also serves as a Municipal Judge for the City of Mauldin, SC, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in South Carolina and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the SC Bar, Greenville County Bar, Greenville County Criminal Defense Lawyers, and serves as the 2018-2019 chair of the board of FAVOR Greenville, an addiction recovery community organization. His core values which he strives to reflect through his practice include passionate advocacy, honesty, forthright and prompt communication, compassion, and vigorous representation with integrity.
