My practice is limited to the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Disputes, Business Litigation and general Civil Litigation. I previously worked for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and Touché as a tax consultant focusing on the areas of high net wealth planning, business development and mergers. During the past sixteen years I have represented individuals who were seriously injured by the negligence of others. Most of the cases involved motor vehicle collisions, premise liability claims, trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, work place accidents, and general injury claims and insurance disputes. Our office also dedicates a large amount of time to assisting small to medium size companies with business litigation matters.

I am proud to have been voted an Ohio Rising Star several times by Super Lawyers. I am also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which has been rated as one the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
