In 2022, having over 40 years experience in wildfire litigation, I filed the first class action/mass tort action on behalf of victims of the Marshall Fire in Boulder, Colorado, where over 1,000 structures and homes were burned to the ground, leaving thousands homeless and causing over $3 Billion in damages. I have been honored to serve on the Individual Plaintiffs Liaison Committee for the wildfire victims. In 2016-2018, I was honored to serve as lead trial lawyer representing hundreds of victims in the Rocky Allen/Swedish Hospital negligent hiring HIV exposure landmark case. I was lead trial lawyer in the Children's Hospital Craniosynostosis Epidemic cases representing hundreds of children who had unnecessary skull neurosurgery and have been featured 4 times of the front page of the Sunday Denver Post, ABC 20/20, the Wall Street Journal and Newsweek. I have been doing hospital liability and medical device product liability cases since 1982 when I began my career defending Hospitals and physicians. Since 1995, I have limited my practice to representing injured persons in mass tort actions, and other catastrophic personal injury and death cases.
