Anthony J. Fantauzzi III has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer in the Tampa Bay area for two decades. He received his Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Union College, where he played intercollegiate Varsity Football and was the college’s 1995 Rhodes Scholar Candidate. He obtained his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and was previously a member and partner at two of Florida’s oldest corporate law firms; Fowler White Boggs Banker, P.A. and Shutts & Bowen, LLP, respectively. He has twenty years of experience representing corporations, businesses, restaurants, health care providers, and professionals in all types of legal matters. He currently specializes in representing small and mid-size businesses for their commercial disputes and legal planning needs, as well as, individuals and businesses with claims for professional services including legal malpractice. He is “AV” Preeminent^® Peer Review Rated™ by Martindale-Hubbell^®, was identified as a “Rising Star” in 2009 by Super Lawyers magazine, was chosen as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite” in 2010 by Florida Trend magazine, selected as one of “Tampa’s Top Rated Lawyers” ™ by Legal Leaders™ in 2013, an AVVO Client Choice Award recipient in 2014, is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Form, and has a 10.0 (Superb) rating on AVVO. He was formerly President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee (13D), an Officer on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Term 2013-2014), and an attorney member of the 13th Judicial Circuit Bench/Bar Committee. He is currently a Master Member of the Wm. Reece Smith Litigation Inn of Court, an active member of the Italian American Bar Association, and a Master Mason (PTF United Lodge #153).
