Clyde has over 30 years experience in high stakes litigation in the state and federal courts of the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas including jury trials in Beaumont, Dallas, Marshall, Plano, Sherman and Tyler. He has represented clients in over 500 cases in the federal courts of East Texas, trying his first jury trial as lead counsel in Marshall in 1992.

Clyde is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993. His experience includes jury trials in many areas of substantive law. These include patent infringement, theft of trade secrets, trademark infringement, unfair competition, contract and licensing, anti-trust, fraud, constitutional rights, retaliation/whistleblower, defamation, collections, employment, product liability, discrimination, personal injury, family law and wrongful death.

Clyde believes that trial skills transcend the subject matter of trials. The most effective trial lawyers have the ability to honestly and accurately synthesize complex sometimes seemingly contradictory information into a cogent story that best serves the interest of the client. For over three decades Clyde has been using this skill to zealously and successfully represent the interests of his clients in Texas courtrooms.
