Mr. Albright, a former law clerk to the Nevada Supreme Court and Judicial Extern at Nevada’s U.S. District Court, has represented a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 100 Companies to small local businesses, both plaintiffs and defendants in multiple commercial suits involving contracts, real estate, construction, employment, banking, and other matters. In 2007, he obtained a $1.15 million jury verdict in a Clark County District Court case involving interference with leased construction equipment, and professional responsibility. In 2017, he obtained a 7-0 victory before the Nevada Supreme Court, invalidating a multi-million dollar mechanic’s lien, and establishing a new Nevada precedent clarifying the State’s mechanic’s lien statute. In 2020 he obtained a Ninth Circuit ruling upholding the rejection of Zurich Insurance Company’s attempt to pierce a local business’s corporate veil. He has represented clients in a variety of forums, including mediations, arbitrations, state district court hearings, jury and bench trials, State Supreme Court appeals, federal district court hearings and trials, and Ninth Circuit federal court appeals.
