Mr. Bryan has participated in numerous high-stakes litigation matters spanning many industries, including financial services, technology, agriculture, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. For example, he served on the litigation team that obtained an unprecedented recovery for investors in high-profile litigation relating to one of the largest Ponzi schemes in American history. Mr. Bryan started his legal career as a federal law clerk to the Hon. William P. Dimitrouleas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. After his clerkship, he practiced at Boies, Schiller, and Flexner, LLP, a national litigation boutique, where he worked on high-profile litigation matters for a number of the firm’s institutional clients. Prior to joining León Cosgrove LLP, Mr. Bryan practiced at Kozyak, Tropin and Throckmorton, P.A, a Miami litigation boutique, where he gained first-hand experience running complex commercial litigation cases and handling everything from initial case evaluation to final appeals.
