Malinda S. Matlock is a Partner at Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green. Malinda provides counseling and representation and advocacy services to a wide range of professionals including medical professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, counselors and therapists, and allied health professionals), attorneys and judicial professionals, design professionals, architects and engineers, real estate brokers and agents and inspectors, accountants, directors and officers and other professionals in federal court, state court and in administrative and board proceedings. She also represents clients in general civil litigation, personal injury litigation, employment law, sexual misconduct, complex litigation, business law, construction law, premises liability and insurance law. She has served on the Firm’s Compensation Committee, Associate Committee and as a Trustee for the Employee Benefit Plan.
Ms. Matlock also stays active in state and national legal organizations. She is a past President and Board member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Matlock has served on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Civil Procedure Committee and Bench & Bar Committee. She has served in practice group leadership in USLAW NETWORK as a member of the Board of Directors and within the Professional Liability and Women's Connection practice groups.
