Ron is a bankruptcy, business, insurance, real estate and title attorney. His is a litigator and a transactional lawyer, and has a true passion for achieving his clients' goals. He prides himself on providing clients with affordable yet aggressive legal counsel. Ron is licensed to practice in all State Courts of Florida and in the Federal court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of The Fund a.k.a. ‘Attorneys Title Insurance Fund’, and is authorized to write as an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Ron is proud to have been named a SuperLawyer consecutively for the last nine years (2019 - 2021 SuperLawyer, 2012-18 SuperLawyers Rising Star), One of America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators, Bet-The-Company Litigators and Civil Defense Litigators, Top 10% in the country for Real Estate & Property Lawyers and was bestowed the honor of a national ‘Lawyer of Distinction’. Ron co-authored the book, ‘Inside the Minds: Strategies For Defending Florida Foreclosures,’ which was published by Aspatore Books, a Thomson Reuters publication. Ron is a Florida Gator through and through, as a three-time graduate of the University of Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Advertising and a minor in Criminal Justice in 1998. In 2001, he received a Masters of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida, and he graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002. Ron is very active in the South Florida community, specifically in Parkland, Florida, his home for over 30 years. He is an Eagle, a proud graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and has performed over 750 hours of volunteer community service, receiving the Silver Cord Award for public service in the City of Parkland, Florida. Philanthropy is something which Ron has enjoyed for most of his professional life, and his philanthropic endeavors have benefited his Parkland community, including his neighbors, the victims of the violence at MSD, their families, his local temple and he is proud to be #MSDStrong.
