Bio

With over 25 years of experience, Tracy C. Wooden has been providing exceptional legal services in practice areas including utility law, wireless communications, personal injury, construction, real estate, estate planning, litigation, business and corporate law, individual and corporate tax matters, financial institutions, government law and zoning.  Tracy is also a Certified Public Accountant and has been instrumental in resolving complex tax issues and working diligently with the Internal Revenue Service in obtaining fair resolutions for individual clients and businesses.

Tracy has decades of experience in representing business and governmental entities, boards of directors, and quasi-governmental entities (including municipalities, city utility boards, port authorities, industrial development bond boards, historic preservation societies and various utilities).

Tracy provides representation to business entities and governments including entity formations, organizations, litigation, research and drafting of ordinances & resolutions, annexations, zoning matters, grants, utility management, personnel management, parks and recreation, mergers & acquisitions, eminent domain matters, construction contracts & litigation, municipal bond issues and business transactions.
