· Recovered all fees and damages in two week trust and fiduciary duty case.

· EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION

· Obtained a complete defense verdict in a two week trial in an employment discrimination case in the Western District of Washington.

· REAL PROPERTY AND CONSTRUCTION

· Obtained a judgment and attorney fees ordering a seller to transfer title to the buyer for 11.5 residential home.

· Successfully obtained a complete defense verdict in a multimillion dollar claim relating construction of the Tacoma Narrows bridge and powerlines.

· Successfully prosecuted a breach of contract claim in a residential real estate transaction relating to the sale of an $11 million dollar home, including the recover of attorney fees.

· Successfully defended the rights of a minority owner of a loan company when the majority owner was using company funds for his personal benefit and failing to properly disperse profits.
