Bio

Jack Russo is a NITA Master Trial Advocate and Certified Appellate Specialist with COMPUTERLAW Group LLP which is a high-stakes litigation firm located in Silicon Valley, California and with affiliated offices in Florida and New York. Mr. Russo and his firm provide representation in IP, technology, Internet, e-commerce, and business and computer industry cases.

Mr. Russo is a member of the State Bars of California, Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C. (as well as Hawaii, Oregon and the State of Washington). He holds his JD from UCLA School of Law where he graduated Order of the COIF as well as dual M.B.A. degrees from Columbia University and from UC Berkeley‟s School of Business where he graduated Magna Cum Laude; he also holds a joint Bachelor‟s and Master‟s degree from City University of New York in Urban Administration and Computer & Information Science. Before entering the legal field over 4 decades ago, Mr. Russo worked as a computer programmer and software designer and developer.

Mr. Russo serves pro bono as a Mediator, Arbitrator, Special Master and Neutral Evalutor for the Federal District Court and as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Judge Pro Temp for the California Superior Court. He has an active alternative dispute resolution practice and has acted as a neutral in 500+ cases in diverse intellectual property and business law cases in the federal and state courts.

Mr. Russo is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Creativity in Dispute Resolution, and he has been repeatedly named as a SuperLawyer by that prestigious organization (www.superlawyers.com).
