Thomas Askew was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1990. He has significant bench and jury trial experience in the defense and prosecution of claims arising from complex commercial, construction and/or energy related transactions. In addition, he has also represented many insurers and insureds in claims arising from insurance contracts, including the defense of “bad faith” claims, as well as in pursuit of recovery by way of subrogation.
